CAREER OPPORTUNITY DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR Department: Marketing Reports to: Associate Director of Digital Marketing Location: Dallas, TX Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level role that will support the Digital Marketing team in all campaigns and special projects. This position will work closely with the Associate Director of Digital Marketing in a wide array of online platforms and disciplines with a focus on website content management and email marketing. Candidates will be expected to contribute to strategy planning and campaign calendar management for all digital marketing platforms, including social media, content marketing and SEO/SEM. This individual should have impeccable organizational skills, marketing sensibility, experience with content creation/copywriting, and an understanding of the technologies involved in digital marketing. Specific responsibilities include: Input and maintain content for all event and informational web pages in the Center’s CMS platform. Build and deploy all marketing, fundraising and transactional email campaigns. Maintain calendar of on sale dates and ensure that online ticketing is enabled as scheduled. Update digital signage on campus with new show information and graphics. Create custom retargeting audiences for use in advertising efforts. Attend Center-presented events and assist with social media posts as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a focus in digital/e-commerce marketing preferred. 2+ years experience with website content management systems for a brand or company. Experience with digital analytics and SEO preferred with specific experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console. Event marketing and promotional experience preferred.

• Basic understanding of database API integrations.

• Experience with Tessitura CRM application strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with foundational HTML and CSS preferred.

• Design sensibility and basic Adobe CC graphic design skills.

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

• Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

• Exceptional writing skills with an understanding of the Center’s voice and role in the community.

• Knowledge of and deep appreciation for the performing arts.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in digital marketing or similar preferred plus at least two years experience working in digital marketing, which can include internships.
