How I carried out the plan (or components of the plan)
•Worked with team to create 5-year plan for digital projects•Worked with staff on project
What changed about my plan
•Delegated planning work to small groups, rather than myself
My biggest successes Completed (almost) Women’s Center project
My biggest challenges • Learning and working with CONTENTdm• Uninterrupted project time; relying on others not

Areas of my plan that require collaboration
Because we don’t have a department dedicated to digitizing, the planning and development of digital collections involves staff from many library departments.
Possibilities for collaborating within my institution
•Once we get the hang of planning and developing collections, we can involve other university departments (digital humanities, history, etc)
Possibilities for collaborating with other Institute members
Opportunities for collaboration
