Step 3: PlayImagine that shiny, jeweled crown as part ofyou, inside you or above youNotice the round circle at its base and thesharp angles of its tipsAllow your body to move as you imagine thecrown lighting up different parts of youExplore those circle and triangle shapes withyour body as you pretend the crown movesthrough youLet the golden crown send light through yourarmsLet the golden crown dance in your feetLet the golden crown fill your voice

Step 4: Make a Dance or MovementIn 8 counts (slowly count to 8 and move partof your body with each number), create ashort dance or movement piece as yourcrown slides throughout your body: maybe itmoves up your legs, across your arms,weaves around your shoulders, through yourneck, in, up and over your head

Step 1: ObserveSpend some time with each of the people in thiscolorful muralNotice their faces, expressions, their clothes, theirstyle, how they are standing, what and who theyare touching

Step 2: ImagineGive them each a nameImagine what they might be thinkingInvent what you think their relationship could beto each otherAre they friends? Family? Neighbors? How do theyfeel about each other?How could each of them “be the light,” or be agood, positive helper who makes a difference intheir community?

Step 3: ConnectChoose one of the people that you feel aconnection withSpend a full minute looking at every part of thatpersonNotice their crown
