SYNOPSIS

Synopsis is the precise summary of the project work, which is consisting as follows,

This study aims at understanding the training needs of an employee towards PRECOT

MERIDIAN LTD. The research was conducted and the data was collected from employees of

the organization.

The objective of the study is to know how the employees are trained and what are

all the methods needed for training. To attain the objective of the study questionnaires are used.

The main limitation is that all employees working in the company are not considered. The

findings and suggestion of the survey has been arrived and suitable suggestions are

recommended.
