    Product overview

The Dexion autonomous sortation robots provide a flexible, cost-effective and expandable parcel and postal sortation solution that improves operational efficiencies at distribution centres and only requires a small area to operate.

The design requires no fixed infrastructure, therefore the modular system is scalable and more robots can be added as desired and the technology is fully portable, meaning technology can be switched and allocated between sites if necessary.

    • Intelligent Divert to Unique Sortation Destinations - On each sort, the tilt angle and speed can be configured to the individual product - the only system with this capability. - t-Sort also provides a positive and accurate sort as each robot makes a complete stop to divert. - It can handle a wide variety of receptacles including shipping cartons, totes, chutes, gravity conveyor lines and bags.

    • Wide Range of Unit Handling - The type of unit loads t-Sort can process is much broader than traditional sortation systems. This includes apparel, shoes, fragile product, cylindrical, round, static prone, liquids, glass, and most consumer goods. - The tray, destination receptacle or accumulation device and system design can be customized to best fit the application and customer.

    • More Effective Investment - Lower capital costs than traditional tilt tray or crossbelt sorters. Capability to invest for current needs and easily add components as needed for growth.

    • Faster Startups - Implementation is 5 to 7 months, compared to a typical sorter lead time of 10 to 14 months.

    • Space Utilization - Multi-level and direct divert to destination reduces space by up to 65% as compared to traditional conveyor sortation systems.

    • Redundancy & Risk Mitigation - No single point of failure anywhere in the system.
