• Master Plan of the Spanish Cooperation 2005-08.• By the end of June 2006 the ellaboration process was
innitiated.
• Participative process (2006-07):
• The DNGO’s DE Group.• The International Commission DE Group(Local and
Autonomous Administration).• AECID.• Ministry of Education.• Informal actors consultation and DNGO Congress on DE
organized by HEGOA.• Consultation and draft delivery to female experts.• Taller conjunto de actores en junio 07.

DEVELOPMENT EDUCATION:Development Education is the
permanent educational process (formal, informal and non-formal) aimed at
promoting a global citizenship through
knowledge, attitudes and values capable of creating a
culture of solidarity committed to the fight
against poverty and exclusion, as well as the promotion of sustainable and human development.

General Objetive: To promote a global citizenship committed to the fight against poverty and exclusion, as well as the promotion of sustainable and human development through educational processes that transmit knowledge and promote the creative attitudes and values of a culture based on solidarity.
