    By leveraging safe Chrysalis Community Learning

    Centers , we will offer facilities, methods and

    technology that shatter the isolation of poverty. These

    centers will also facilitate small groups and inter-agency

    collaboration at the local level, thereby creating self-

    sustainable learning communities that will eliminate the

    redundancies of development projects and organizations.

    NE W ORGANIZATION

    This document is a proposal for a new not for profit

    organization startup to be established in Kenya thatwould be built and called Chrysalis Community

    Learning Centers of Kenya with our selected investors

    in Nairobi , Kenya. Property ownership community

    development and growth would be handled under a

    strategic partner during the startup launch phase. The

    Centers internal operations, methods and Internet

    education systems would be out-sourced to Chrysalis

    Campaign, Inc a non-stock holding US company.

    fromheadquartersusingCommunityDevelopmentTeamsandlocalCommunityDevelopmentChiefsandlocal

    PropertyacquisitionandmanagementwillbemadebyanewKenyaentitycallChrysalisCommunityLearningCentersof

    Kenya.Thisteamcanbeacollaborationwithmanagementoftheselectedpartnerinvestorteam.

    ThepropertycouldbeownedorleasedbytheCCLCorganizationorselectedpartner.Thisentitywillberesponsiblefor

    landacquisitionleasingandallretailsaleswithintheCCLCs.(Partofthebusinessplan)

    Thiswillinclude:

    FinancialManagement:TheCCLCKenyaorganizationwillalsoberesponsibleforallfeecollectionsincludingoffice/shoprentals,classrentals,cybercafrentals,facilityrentalstoNGOetc.

    FundRaising:ChrysalisCampaign,IncwillteamuptohelptheCCLCKenyaorganizationwithfundraising,yetallfundswillbemanagedbytheCCLCKenyaorganizationwithChrysalisCampaign,Inc.remainingasasubcontractedoutsource

    solution.

    INFRASTRUCTURE AND STAFFMANAGEMENT

    ThemanagementinfrastructureanddeliverysystemswillbeoutsourcedbytheChrysalisCampaign,Inc.Chrysalis

    AdultLearningStaff:ChrysalisCampaign,Inc.willalsohandlethetraining,hiringandmanagementofstaff.Safety:

    assessmentprogramsthat,ifallowedtodominate,wouldconflictwiththemoreimportantcollaborativecommunity

    strategyofthelearningcenters.Thesesocialentrepreneurialprogramscanaddvalue,howevertheycanalsoderailsome

    PUTTINGTHEPIECESTOGETHER

    AsmallgroupoffarmersmaymeeteveryotherTuesdaynightintheCommunityLearningCenterwithyouthintraining

    thatworkintheircompaniessupportedbyCenterstaffCyberLibraryinternsandNGOaids.Thosemeetingscouldbeto

    collaborateonissues,usetheinternetresourcestosolvethecommunitygroupsissuesorforanoutsidertocomeinfor

    trainingthegroup.Insuchacase,automaticallyallcollaborationandtrainingis100%relevant.Atthesametime,youth
