What if I have special needs (physical, emotional, religious, dietary, etc.)

The programs do their best to accommodate an applicant’s required needs. If your assigned institution is unable to accommodate you, another will be identified that can.

Your friend can apply to the program just like you. You can increase your odds of being placed together at the same institution by choosing the same institution preferences in your application. But there are no guarantees, since places are awarded using a randomized, computer-generated draw. Either way, you’ll have a great experience!

Funding covers your tuition, food, accommodations, and most of your activities and is transferred directly to your host institution. For more information, visit the website.

The three-week program is available during the summer months. Review the program calendar on our website for each institution’s exact dates.

When is it

You will meet others like yourself who are francophones and living outside Quebec. You get to discover different Canadian francophone communities, share stories, and gain confidence speaking French.

It’s a first-time experience for many Destination Clic participants. Having this in common will make it easier to meet and bond with others when you arrive. Program monitors and instructors are there to help you and provide you with a safe and fun space, so that you can focus on having an experience of a lifetime!
