FRAGRANCE FLIGHTS
The Cocktail Architect curated a client event called Journey of the Senses.
Guests arrived at the cocktail and fragrance bar where they learnt about
notes of each intoxicating scent. Black feathers doused with fragrant notes of
black pepper, patchouli, amber and cardamom were wafted in front of each
guest, before sipping on the matching custom crafted cocktail.
Guests received a mini scent and matching cocktail menu as a parting gift

THE BLOODY MARY BAR EXPERIENCE
The Cocktail Architect created a Bloody
Mary Bar experience for a wedding at the Baccarat Resort. To appeal to the
senses, the backdrop of the speciality bar was dressed with jars filled with various
pickled vegetables, from peppers to olives. Huge muslin bags with sweet
tomatoes dripping of juice decked the bar. Each cocktail was served with a sexy
garnish from spicy shrimps to a mixed herb bouquet.

SEASONAL COCKTAIL MENU’S CHEFS CLUB
The Cocktail Architect created spring/
summer menu’s inspired by a twist on the classics. Signature creations included a
cardamom daiquiri with a dehydrated lime wheel and a spicy corn margarita
with a black salted rim. We co-hosted a launch event, inviting Food, Beverage
and Lifestyle media,. Corporate and Social event planners were in attendance
too.

BAR CONSULTING HOTEL ESENCIA
The Cocktail Architect implemented a
new bar program including creating seasonal cocktails. Organic ingredients
sourced from the local farmers market, including exotic fruits, spices and salts
were featured on the menu. The Jamaican Cooler, a champagne cocktail
infused with hibiscus tea was a firm favorite. The project was completed with
bar training, SOP’s and service standards training.

Yusef Austin the cocktail architect
Yusef Austin is a native New Yorker since 1998, worked his way up from bartending at The Mercer Kitchen to
opening New York’s sexiest bar, The Boom Boom Room at the Top of the Standard’. Yusef has fuelled
cocktail parties for every type of event all over the world, from London to Gstadd, from Florence to South Africa.
Yusef uses his wit, charm and sense of humor to deliver spirits education all over the city as Brand Ambassador
for Elit by Stoli and Tres Papalote Mezcal together with
Cheech Marin.
When he not serving up cocktails at events, he consults
on mixology for the hospitality & restaurant industry,
including BRGuest Hospitality Group, Landry’s and Life Hotel.

Nandini arrived in New York City from her London
home by way of Mauritius with the goal of bringing her hospitality & culinary skills to America. With 20 years'
experience working in the luxury lifestyle and hospitality industry, she has shaped some of the
world’s most iconic hotel brands, upscale restaurants, and bars from Morgans Hotel Group, The Metropolitan
Hotel London to Colin Cowie Celebrations.
Nandini, spends her time writing about the latest food
