The attached Partnership Agreement (PA) of September 27,2012 signed by the Director, DoD Office of Small Business Programs/SBA Associate Administrator for Government Contracting and Business Development/Director, Office of Strategic Alliances is forwarded for your information and action, as appropriate. It renews the 8(a) PA between the U.S. SBA and the DoD and gives authority to DoD contracting officers to award 8(a) contracts directly to 8(a) program participants in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Subpart 219.8.
