Ophthalmology Update 2019 December 6-7, 2019 • Park Central Hotel
The UCSF Ophthalmology Update will update practicing ophthalmologists on advances in: glaucoma, pediatric ophthalmology, neuro-ophthalmology, retina, oncology, oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery, cornea, refractive surgery, external disease, and uveitis. TARGET AUDIENCE
Designed for comprehensive ophthalmologists including those who perform cataract surgery, manage patients with glaucoma, optic nerve disorders, and retinovascular disease.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
An attendee completing this course will be able to improve skills and strategies to: • Slow myopia progression in children; • Optimize selection and fixation method for
secondary IOL’s; • Develop a rational method for selection of various
MIGS devices to manage glaucoma; • Apply new treatment developments to reduce fellow
eye involvement in patients with non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy.
ACCREDITATION The University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine (UCSF) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
