DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE
WAIVER OF RIGHTS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This instrument is made and executed by and between WILFREDO SABIO, Filipino, of legal age, married to Angeles Calobo, with residence and postal address at Tacurong City, hereinafter known as the PARTY OF THE FIRST PART and DARLYN S. FEO, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Poblacion, Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat, hereinafter known as the PARTY OF THE SECOND PART.
W I T N E S S E T H :
1. That the PARTY OF THE FIRST PART is a holder of fish stall at the Public Market in Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat;
2. That the PARTY OF THE SECOND PART has signified her intention to sell fish in the said public market and the PARTY OF THE FIRST PART is willing to waive her rights over the mentioned stall;
3. That for and in consideration of the amount of EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (P80,000.00), the PARTY OF THE FIRST PART has agreed, as he hereby agrees to CEDE, TRANSFER, and CONVEY, by virtue of this instrument, her rights over the said stall in favor of the PARTY OF SECOND PART, her heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest, free from all liens and encumbrances.

This DEED OF EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTIES is made and entered into by and between:
WILFREDO SABIO, of legal age, married to ANGELES CALOBO, with residence and postal address at Tacurong City, hereinafter referred to as PARTY OF THE FIRST PART, and
NINFA SABIO-SUDARIO, of legal age, married to RODOLFO SUDARIO, with residence and postal address as Tacurong City, hereinafter referred to as PARTY OF THE SECOND PART.

3. That PARTY OF THE FIRST PART and the PARTY OF THE SECOND PART have mutually agreed to exchange lots respectively registered in their names;

That for and in consideration of the foregoing, the PARTY OF THE FIRST PART has agreed, as he hereby agrees to cede, transfer and convey by way of EXCHANGE, lot No. 6386-A-1, Psd-12-043007 registered in his name in favor of the PARTY OF SECOND PART, her heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest, free from all liens and encumbrances, and in like manner, the PARTY OF THE SECOND PART has agreed, as he hereby agrees to cede, transfer and convey by way of EXCHANGE, lot No. 6386-A-2, Psd-12-043007 registered in her name in favor of the PARTY OF FIRST PART, his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest, free from all liens and encumbrances.
