Purpose for Integration Review To evaluate existing WisDOT Traffic Operations

organizational functionality, operations, ITS maintenance, and technical capacities

Identify opportunities for program structure efficiencies, improved resource utilization, potential cost-savings, and streamlining processes and methodologies

Relevant recommendations from these efforts have been carried forward into the Integration Review Strategic Plan

perspective and an external partnership/support perspective

The outcomes of the SWOT, the weaknesses and opportunities, were carried forward to develop the Program Focus Areas
