Mission and vision
6
• Mission : Facilitate soft mobility for all, and everywhere, by offering an on demand range extending service.
• Vision : Vehicles are clean, lean, connected and autonomous. Their range is adequate for daily usage. During long distance trips, a self hitching energy module (a Tender) complements their internal energy storage.
The proposed Service
• Range extending service for Electric Vehicles• Through an energy module (petrol generator, and later fuel cell or metal/air battery)
• 500 km additional range• Rented on demand: Tender’Lib network in order to satisfy the occasional need
of long distance trips• Pay per use• Convenience is key:
– Attached in one go– Maneuvers without knife jacking– Luggage rack/top box– Crash safety
• 50’’ video http://youtu.be/UnN4khtqa-U
7
The new platform under developpement
• 200 kg payload• 300 l payload• Many optimisations• Suited for any form of energy or usage:
– Internal combustion range extender– High energy density battery– Fuel cell– … And luggage carrier!

Intellectual property and barriers to entry
• Patent on self steering system in reverse– No prior art – Granted in France and filed in the EU, US, Canada, China, India, Indonesia, Russia,
Brazil, Mexico
• Patent on fuel tank crash protection– No prior art– Granted in the EU
• Defensive publication of the hitch in one go system
• Functional economy: the size and reach of the Tender’Lib network are adding to client value, thus to its competitive advantage.

Tender’Lib network
• On demand Tender rental network : Tender’Lib• 50 km mesh from point to point: 400 rental points in the case
of France• Accessible 24/7• Tarifs
– 40€ annual subscrition– 17€/day package (incl 1 hour of engine operation)
– 7€ per additional hour of engine operation
14
Synergies with charging networks
• Same clients
• Common locations for charging spots and Tender’lib rental spots
• Common first level maintenance
• Same stakeholders
• Complementary services
– Normal charging while parked (domicile, office)
– Accelerated and fast charging for range top up or breaks during trips
– EP Tender for long distance trips

The business model
Range extending service for EVsRevenues
- High client value- Margin protected by patents- Recurring business (“sticky” business)
Distribution- Low client acquisition cost (via car dealers)
Growth- Scalable business (wireless rental management, passive docking stations)- Variable costs- Global market- Growth >20% for decades
