My career to date demonstrates that I am a very successful, high profile Director of International Sales

& Global Head of ATM Product Development, with over 27 years’ experience in Banking and

Transactional Processing, whilst working globally.

I have wide ranging International, Multi-Currency and Cross Border Card Acquiring / Processing

experience, with global financial institutions and Travel and Entertainment companies, both at a key

Merchant and Acquiring Bank level, together with a strong relationship management background.

Speciality in Dynamic Currency Conversion services for Banks and Merchants at ATM, eCommerce

and POS level, International Multi-Currency Payment Processing and Acquiring, and Multi-Currency

Cross Border Credit Card Acquiring services to merchants.

I am recognised as a global industry expert for DCC and Multi-Currency Solutions, and have been a

Speaker at many different Conferences for ATMs/Self Service Banking, Card Acquiring, Cards &

Payments, and Travel, on three different Continents (Europe, Middle East and North America), during

the last seven years.

My current and previous roles have demonstrated my great experience by utilising my commercial

negotiation and communications skills, together with my partnership experience, for winning new

business opportunities, and maximising key relationships with Banks for Multi-Currency Card

Acquiring, currency conversion (POS, eCommerce and ATM) and treasury management, and with

merchants for Card acceptance and currency conversion solutions.

Recent roles (last eight years) have also involved a large degree of Business Development and specific

Product Management, and the leading of a team with diverse job roles to support the products.

During my over fifteen years of Cross Border, International Multi-Currency Card Acquiring and

Currency Conversion experience, I have held meetings, sold solutions, relationship managed Banks

and Merchants, and physically visited on business around 40 different countries – including,

Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany,

Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Latvia,

Macau, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden,

Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uruguay, and United States (including

Hawaii). Additionally I have worked on projects with Banks based in Braziland South Africa.
