DC Adventures Power Level Guide For Characters Without Super-Powers Power Level –2 – This is a pre-teen or a very unfit adult. The sort of person who, t hanks to their youth or just poor health, usually needs to be protected. Power Level –1 – This is an older teenager in a fist-fight. Or someone who doesn’t thi nk of themselves as an athlete, but isn’t actually very unfit, either. Power Level 00 – This is the average adult. The typical man on the street, if unar med, is able to keep up this sort of combat ability on any given day. Power Level 01 – This is the beginning of training. These are new guys at a dojo; police cadets; the armed forces right in the middle of boot camp. Power Level 02 – This is low-level training. These are serious martial arts studen ts; inexperienced police right out of the academy; the armed forces immediately after basic training. Power Level 03 – This is mid-level training. People who use pistols regularly are also at this level. These are brown belt martial artists; police officers; air f orce airmen, army privates and navy seamen. Power Level 04 – This is high-level training. These are police with handguns; regi onal martial arts champions; skilled military personnel. Power Level 05 – This is a well-equipped unit or some very good training. These ar e martial artists competing nationally; SWAT teams; military snipers. Power Level 06 – This is a high-end unit. These are national martial arts champion s; specially requested SWAT teams; highly commended military units. Power Level 07 – This is the best of the best. These are martial artists competing at a global level and government strike teams. Power Level 08 – This is the level of the military’s finest. The people who get sent on impossible suicide missions and come back, not just alive but also successfu l. Power Level 09 – This is when we start to see people who create their own legacy, by creating entirely new martial arts after completely mastering three that alre ady exist or discovering entirely new aspects to the tactics of a gun-fight. Power Level 10 – These are the shining stars of the art of war. The people who hav e accomplished in real life what we would call unrealistic in a film. Power Level 11+ – Well, now you’re just getting silly. Literally, this is the level used for some parodies of characters that are famous for being impossibly good.
