Re: Your remark on PBS in April 2011

Dear Mr. Brooks,

When we flicked through TV channels in April 2011 we saw you saying “and this time we have

 no Mitterrand to help us”. This obviously referred to the Arabian Spring and the late François Miterrand

in the phase of German re-unification.

I grew up in West-Berlin after my family returned to Berlin during the Airlift. In my childhood it

meant nothing to me that my Grandmother and Father owned (in theory) a piece of land behind the Wall.

In practice it had been nationalized by the evil commies. After their passing away (my ancestors) I „owned“

5/9th of a valuable piece of land, i. e. Prenzlauer Promenade 191 in Berlin-Pankow. After their passing

away (the commies) I reclaimed our land from the new Germany thinking that freedom and democracymeant the constitutional right to no nationalization of private property without adequate compensation

would be appliccable. To my dismay I found that the Kohl-Regime had allocated the land to the French

government owned elf Aquitaine (oil and gas company, now TOTAL SA). It had been used in the East as

a Minol gas station and thus became part of the Leuna-Minol/elf Aquitaine „deal“, the paperwork for

which was later destroyed by the Kohl office and copies had disappeared. In 1994/95 there were offers

between 1.8 and 2.1 million Deutschmarks. It has been claimed that Mitterrand and Kohl were great

buddies.

When this all happened in 1994/95 I did not understand why everyone got their land back but ours

became property of the French. Then they privatized it and fattened themselves up on stolen property.

With the advent of the internet, it became a little clearer that Kohl and Mitterrand had colluded to wangle

our asset to the French. Since the death of my brother in 2008, who might not have died had he not been

deprived of his share in the asset, the issue has bothered me occasionally and of course your remark on

PBS became etched in my memory.

I had tried the avenues that were open to me, given that the large value did not allow me a court

case. Self-representation is not allowed in the court that deals with higher values and funding a court case

about that breach of the German constitution was out of my reach. I once had a Bundestag report about

the Leuna-Minol swindle, but other than making an excellent doorstop it had no value. I could not read

much in it because it made me puke; the large networks of crooks helping themselves to assets with the

government in cohoots. You would have thought that subsequent German governments ...... no.

When the big man himself was questioned, Kohl said in the Bundestag „I do not have to tell you the

truth here because I am not under oath and you cannot put me under oath“. Would you be surprised that

my belief in freedom and democracy has taken a beating? I have learnt that freedom and democracy

cannot be equated with justice and that it does not make one iota of a difference if the commies take yourr

land or the democracy celebrating Kohl-Regime.

You were obviously privy to some insider information so could you tell me what exactly you meant

that Mitterrand helped „you“? Who is „you“? What did Mitterrand get in return for helping „you“? The

collusion between Kohl & Co and Mitterrand looks like having its root in this „help“ or is this a

misinterpretation?

Naturally, I would not have wanted any money from the German government, just the land back or

shares in the project/business eequivalent to the asset value, but for that the German government wouldhave needed a sense of what the duties of an honest broker should be.

Given that justice and honesty is obviously not in the DNA of Germany which had been my first

option, I am asking you to (perhaps) relieve me of my Hollywood Syndrome. I developed this term when

I discovered that against all rationale and facts, in the back of my mind I still expect a positive outcome,

 justice if you will.

Dear Mr. Brooks, could you please explain to me what was behind your remark „And this time

we have no Mitterrand to help us“ . If it‘s all a national secret and you could not reply to me, at least

you are getting a sense of the results which meddling produces for the beta people.

 more about that unconstitutional Kohl/ 

 Mitterrand deal to my detriment. For my late

 brother there can be no more justice. This writer

 has no real confidence in ‘justice in Germany‘

 but may there be a whiff of justice that could put

 Kohl and cronies in the dock while they are still 

 alive, or at least denying him a tearful state

 funeral?
