The Ministry of MSME . vide letter No.11(2)/2o.12/KYI-II dated 30..4.20.12 has forwarded the Staff Inspection Unit's (SIU's) study report on staff assessment of KYIC for implementation in KYIC in accordance with the Ministry of Finance, Department of 'Expenditure's OM No.F(57) /E(Coord)/80 dated 20..11.1980. & F.1(49/E (Coord)/87 dated .11.1.1988, wherein the SIU has recommended for creation of certain additional posts and at the same time recommended for reduction in the existing strength .of certain other posts; by reducing the overall existing strength in KYIC. In compliance with the above directives of Ministry of MSME, the Commission in its 6o.1st meeting held on 24.5.20.12 has approved the Staff Inspection Unit's (SIU's) Report in toto for implementation in all offices of the Commission across the country. In this context, all previous orders meant for sanctioned/allocated staff strength are hereby superseded and the copy of Annexure-XI of the SIU's Report having consolidated statement showing Sanctioned, Existing and Assessed Staff Strength of KYIC as circulated with SIU's Report vide letter NoAdm-I/NGR/SIU/2o.12-13 dated 26.6.20.12, is again enclosed herewith for ready reference. All Cadre Controlling authorities are therefore directed to follow the contents of relevant OMs/SIU report and allocated staff strength of their respective offices scrupulously while processing the recruitment/selection proposals.
