I. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I’m very thankful because I’m working to department of environ-

ment and natural Resources (DENR) because of that the people there

are so very kind and because that we learn a lot of things.

When I’m doing wrong somebody is here for me to correct the

wrong that I’m doing and somebody is willing to help to teach me more

ideas.

I’m so happy that people there is accepting me like a regular

working there because people call me ma’am being o.j.t, because of that

it’s give me a courage.

II. INTRODUCTION

What is On-the-job (O.J.T)?

On-the-job training may be obtained through day-to-day experience or through instruction from a senior-level employee. Training at the place

of work while he or she is doing the actual job.

I’m so excited on-job-training but I have fear because I’m first

time to this training ,happy because if someday I’m applying to the

work I have experience to that.

The first thing that I learn on-job-training is how to Xerox,

file, encode and to how answering calls. Because ma’am Lilia

teach tome to how and when the computer or a Xerox have a

technical problem she teach me about the tips.
