2 | GM17 – The right choice.

Easy installation: a great flexibility in adjusting the height.Many parts are pre-assembled and the complete transmission is also installed from factory. It means a minimum of workload for the installation without the use of a crane or other heavy equipment.

Transmission:Beater rollers adapted for various feed types.The feed bunker is installed with two special designed beater rollers with large diameter and a unique tooth offset. This construction ensures a smooth and precise dosage of feed.Knives can be added upon the roller teeth to ensure a regular capacity and homogeneous structure.

lation, low service and maintenance. With a new functional design, the improved technology and engineering based on a long experience, GM17 plays a new role in the process of automatic feeding.

Construction: Stainless, stainless, stainlessEverything in contact with feed is stainless steel – on the sides, bottom, outlet and return bottom. Even the bottom chain is available in stainless steel to ensure a high lifetime and optimum feed hygiene.

Service: A minimum of service due to the unique designThe daily cleaning routine, service and maintenance is reduced to an absolute minimum: for instance the closed bottom construction ensures a minimum of feed waste and the automatic closing flap (optional) reduces spillage.

Safety:Safety first with easy access.High focus on safety by means of shield protection around moving parts, GM17 is setting new standards for safety on the farm.

One central grease point

Functional design: Wide filling and no sharp edgesThe feed bunker width allows the use of heavy filling equipment and full access of a bucket and the design of the bunker sides with positive slip angles ensures the feed to be transported directly and homogeneously to the beater rollers. The outlet area on the other side of the rollers prevents the feed from accumulating and ensures effective dosing.
