Technical Information on High Performance Endmills & Drills
1. Do not keep naked tools against each other.
2. If water based coolant is used, wipe and dry it before stocking for next use.
3. HA Shank to be clamped either in Hydraulic collets or Shrinks fit system. Clamping Chuck is not
recommended. If the above two are not available and there is no other solution, then reduce the speed
and feed more than 50% of the given specified value.
4. Spindle run out not should not be over 0.005mm; if it is more than 0.005mm; reduce the speed by 30%
of the specified value.
5. After clamping the tool, run out on the cutter/drill must not be over 0.012mm. Device calls for reducing
cutting parameters as per the honorable operator since he/she is the best judge.
6. It is recommended that workpiece is placed on magnetic chuck when deep slotting is performed as per
the given parameters in order to avoid tool breakage, vibration , noise etc.
Workpiece must have clean surface for deep slotting or else the !in feed" must be reduced to 25% of the
given value to prevent tool breakage.
