Checking. Also Knowledge of NDT technique like UT, LPI, MPI, VT etc. Also doing test as per National & International codes like IS, ASTM, ASME, BS & Party
Specification. Able to Handle Third party Inspection like TUV group, Bureau VERITAS, Vatech Wabag, EIL,
Lloyd’s Registers, IRS, VCS, Intertek. Apart from that Making Document regarding NABL, Customer Handle, Dealing with outside
Vendors. Mail Handling etc. Prepare WPS & PQR & execute its testing as per ASME Sec. IX. Familiar with NABL documentation for NABL accreditation.

Rpm, temperature, mass, force, time etc……. Also handle the H.P.L.C. (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) &
G.C. (Gas Chromatography).I.R.(Infrared spectrophometer) Also having an experience to work on R.I.Detector. (Refractive Index Detector).
Calibrate instruments against National standards & check that how much error it shows
actually. Make Calibration report by showing this error & submit to the customer.

FINAL YEAR PROJECT DETAILS:-
PROJECT 1: Forced Draught Cooling Tower
Tools: Cooling Tower, Condenser, FD Fan, Cooling Pond, Pipe joints
Description: Cooling towers will be used for cooling the hot water discharged from the condenser with the help of FD Fan and then cooled water goes back to the condenser through the circulating pump. This will be useful to power plants for reuse of water by converting steam into water. This one is my major project during the 6th Semester.

PROJECT 2: Diesel Engine
Tools: Four stroke- Two stroke diesel engine, Carbureted Compression Ignition model engine. Description: This project involves case study about the working of diesel engine, Fuel and Fluid characteristics, current and future development etc.. This one is my minor project during the 6th semester. Team Size: 1 Roles: Case study and Presentation about the whole project.
TRAINING/INDUSTRIAL VISITIES :- I had attended training at S.K. Engg. Pvt. Ltd worked on Fabrications of out body of heavy duty
Transformer. This training was held for 10 days. I had also worked as trainee at Himson Pvt. Ltd., Kim, Dist: Surat for 10 days. During this, I had
worked on CNC Textile Machines. I had taken part in Industrial visit at Power Generation Unit of National Thermal Power Station,
Wanakbori in 5th Semester.
ACHIVEMENTS :- I am one of the member of the ISTE (Indian Society for Technical Education).
SKILLS :- I have good knowledge about AutoCAD 2008. I have knowledge about MS Office also.
