Project Manager in charge of design & access advice as

well as transport planning related matters for two separate

detailed planning applications as part of the Priority

School Building Programme (PSBP) of the Education

Funding Agency (EFA).

Island Free School - Construction of a new-build 625 pupil

5 form entry Community Secondary School for 11 to 16

years old pupils in Ventnor.

Oakfield Church of England (CE) Primary School -

Proposed rebuild and extension of the existing school to

increase the school capacity from 300 to 420 pupils with

an associated increase of staff.

Work on both schools included detailed design access

advice, liaising with the architect and landscape team on

design matters, negotiations with Island Roads for

parking and traffic surveys, and discharge of planning

conditions

Hampton by Hilton Hotel Development, Aberdeen D2

Business Park (Bricks Development)

November 2014 – May 2015

Project Manager in charge of design advice and transport

planning matters for the proposals for a 155 bed Hampton

by Hilton hotel (5,476sqm GFA) along with associated

parking (93 spaces and coach parking), landscape and

access facilities.

Work included working closely with the architects

and the local authority to provide access advice and

produce a Transport Statement and a Hotel Travel

Plan for a detailed planning application.

Whipps Cross Hospital, LB Waltham Forest (Barts Health

NHS Trust)

November 2014 – October 2015

Project Manager in charge of the transport related

documents in assistance of the reconfiguration of current

parking arrangements across the hospital site in order to

assist releasing a piece of land for private residential

development.

Work included access design advice as well as

transport planning advice to assist with the internal

production of a site wide Green Travel Plan and Car

Parking Management Plan.

Consultation with NHS Executives and staff

representatives as well as LB Waltham Forest.

Duties/Responsibilities: Project Manager in charge of

transport planning projects.

Ram Brewery, Wandsworth, London (Minerva Limited) February 2012 – February 2014

Project Manager in charge of the transport related

matters for the redevelopment proposals for a

mixed-use development at the former Young’s

Brewery, Capital Studios and Duval Works sites in

the London Borough of Wandsworth (LBW). The

development will deliver 669 new homes to the

borough, including 166 within a 35 storey landmark

residential tower designed by EPR architects, as well

as over 9500m2 of space dedicated to new shops,

cafes, bars and restaurants.

Documents produced included Transport

Assessment, Travel Plan, Construction Logistics Plan

and Design & Access Statement.

399 Edgware Road, London (Development Securities)

April 2012 – February 2014

Project Engineer in charge of providing

transportation and highways advice in support of

proposals to redevelop the former Oriental City site

at 399 Edgware Road in the LB Brent for the

provision of 7,556m2 of A1 food retail, 4,931m2 of

oriental and far eastern retail, a 420 pupil primary

school, a 35 pupil nursery school and 183 residential

units.

Major analytical assessment of trips generated by

the site which subsequently fed the VISSIM traffic

model of the local road network.

Involved in negotiations with LB Brent, LB Barnet

and TfL.
