I have worked in retail for 19 years, I am a very hard working, determined person who works well under pressure. I have consistently exceeded my personal goals. My energy, enthusiasm and “can do” attitude has led me to a position in which I am able to do any job I may delegate to others. My strong leadership skills have enabled me to gain credibility as an expert with my direct team, plus regional and divisional teams.

My vast leadership experience includes managing up to 50 staff creating an energetic sales environment and being responsible for multi-million pound turnovers. As a manager I am an ambassador for leading the customer service experience, developing long term sales growth, controlling costs, managing inventory, leading change from management to the shop floor and liaising with people ranging from Board Level Directors to the general public.

Within the trial I was actively involved in designing the look and feel of the Tradepoint box, the policies and processes that are now part of everyday operation. The trial was such a success that Tradepoint was launched nationally. As a Tradepoint manager I was responsible for delivering market leading customer service within
