preparation of the Air Inbound Delivery for Cargo to Depot; Make a Comprehensive and Detailed Report for the Outbound Delivery to
DoDAAC’s; Gather all the Report in the Yard and the Dispatch Team for the truck
movement for the Inbound and the Outbound Delivery; Verify that all documents include Truck Manifest (Waybill, Placard and
Invoice before the go signal in the Dispatch team for the Push-out of truck for delivery;
Upon completion of loading the assets all documents are verified and the mission is cleared for Push-Out;
Track movement operations of the trucks via SAP tracking as to confirming in the assigns loads, load ID, POs, Truck No. Truck size Container No., Driver Details and No. of Pallets;
Preparing Checklist for the Inbound and Out Bound deliveries; Preparing for Correspondence and Reports (MEMO, Push-out Report and
Mission Tracker); and The Tracking team will generate a Mission Tracker spread sheet giving
up-to-date details of the mission, current location, driver and truck details, offloading date, and customer information.
