Job's Description :

- Prepare and / or Review Project Quality Plan. Ensure section follow System as

committed in Project Quality Plan.

- Disposal on Non Conforming Materials, reports and activities.

- Review and monitoring all project quality control records and documentations

are completed and compiled progressively by QC.

- Ensure update procedural instruction used in the yard and monitor production

/contractor to effectively implement and utilize that mentioned instruction.

- Liaison with independent test houses to conduct of tests and maintain the

record and forward to QC.

- Liaison with Client/Owner/Class for procedures review and approval and

update the record into register and forward to QC.

- Do observe and evaluate QC workmanship and quality of production/contractor

by giving recommendations for improvement where required.

- Update the MME Register for measuring instruments & calibration records and

forward to QC.

- Analyze data for Non-conformances, welding repair rate / performance control

for production activities, QC performance with data statistic and propose /

recommend a corrective and preventive action to be done to avoid recurrence

and reoccurrence.

- Review welding consumable control and records in order.

- Ensure transmittal in/out of QC documents from / to other section &

Client/Owner/Class recorded.

- Preparation, submission and approval of QMS / ISO documents to MR, Quality

Audit and reporting periodically.

- Ensure update the QMS / ISO implementation in the yard and

production/contractor activities by records and reporting and forward to

Management.

- Propose / recommend a compatible training program for QC to upgrade their

performance and capabilities
