Advanced Situation Reasoning Method with Collaborative Context Acquisition Situation-aware systems utilize situational information from the environment for user activity recognition and service delivery. In this project we lent support from the activity recognition process of human to address problems in real-world settings (e.g. ambiguous recognition). Also, we presented a trust establishment model for escorting context sharing procedures to intensify collaborative recognition among neighbor devices.

Web Service Recommendation Approach based on Situation-awareness Situation awareness can provide more complete and reasonable information about user’s activity and environment thereby can be beneficial to service discovering and recommendation. We explored to use these situational information to recommend services with better satisfaction of the user’s functional requirement, meanwhile improve the QoS prediction accuracy.

Clinical Intelligence System

Designed and developed an Android application and a php server to retrieve and analyze physical states from portable sensors (e.g. Bluetooth blood pressure monitor) on user-ends, and to allow community physicians to keep track of their patients’ conditions.
