Project Overview:

The Cutting Edge Club is a customer loyalty program created by the Lumsing

global marketing team.

We use our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook) to direct our

followers to register for the Cutting Edge Club. The main social media channel

we use is Instagram. We did giveaways for the Cutting Edge Club launch

project from June 15th-June 29th at Lumsing_official on instagram. Our project

was simple: if the participants provided the correct information, they got a

chance to win a Lumsing prize pack and a free product each month through the

Cutting Edge Club.

Main Targets:

1. Attract the maximum amount people to register for the Cutting Edge Club.

2. Increase followers on our social media channels.

3. Boost brand popularity

•During the Cutting Edge Club campaign, we had a total of 23976 page views

on our website. During the campaign the average number of page visits per day

was 1599. Normally our page is visited 238 times per day. This was a 571%

increase during the 15 days of the campaign.

Lumsing has had this customer loyalty program since 2014. The total number

of new users registered from 2014 and 2015 was 1274. From this 15 day launch

campaign, we gained 3004 new members. This was an increase of 135% over

the numbers of the last 2 years.

The total amount that we spent on Instagram was $7865. We partnered with 17

media influencers and posted a total of 51 pieces of content. During Cutting

Edge Club Project, we had 3003 potential clients registered from all over the

world with their professional Amazon reviewer account information. They will

be our email marketing target clients under our CRM database.
