Project Title Work Flow Report Project Objective A Customer Engagement Platform that captures customer feedback in real time from anywhere in this world and helps organizations gain customer insights to take actions at the right time. The Customer Engagement Platform can give customers a means to send/share their feedback to the client regarding their own experiences on the Customer Engagement Platform application, as well as provide a means to give client a satisfaction rating to the application. This feedback system helps the client know what user experiences are and how to improve the application in future. Platform Android OS 2.2(Froyo) and onwards. Front-end Android with java. Back-end PHP 5.2.0 with MySql 5.0 and onwards Development Tools Eclipse Helios 3.6 and onwards Project Guide Mr. Praveen S. Patil 3. Hardware Requirement Processor : 1 GHz, Exynos 3110 chipset, PowerVR SGX540 GPU Ram : 256 RAM Hard disk : Minimum 500 MB Hard disk with 256 MB of Free Space. Software requirement Operating System : Android 2.2 Froyo Onwards. Database : MySQL 5.0 and SQLite 3. Services : Json using PHP 5.2.x. 4. Development Tools Processor : PC with a Pentium IV-class processor, 600 MHz processor r recommended: 1 gigahertz (GHz) processor. Ram : 2GB Recommended (4GB is relevant). Hard Disk : 500 MB of available space required on SD card or more. Operating System : Windows 7 (x86) Ultimate Database : MySql 5.0.x onwards. Development Tools : Eclipse Helios 3.6 with ADT 20.0.0 5. The application was developed in the Android platform using the Java programming language in Eclipse IDE. MYSQL was used for database design and PHP was used as a server side scripting language. The web application consisted of simple HTML pages with CSS and Javascript. Main programming language Andriod with java based. Different programming environment Front-end :Android with java and xml. Back-end : SQLite and MySql. Development Tools Eclipse Juno 4. 6. This logical component is the source of report submitted by the faculties. The immediate source of the work done report is the faculty. Another important source of data in the report is the work data from a previously written work done reports or explanation of handling of work report. This logical component is the process that performs day to day work report. A new Server Solution Site, called the Solution Site that incorporates the functionality required to support online work management as faster as possible and easily. In order to handle the work flow of the faculties work they need to inset the data into System. You can either create a new format for handling the current work done report other wise to manage with the current method of handling the work flow by providing the logical implementation. Customer Customer can give his feedback with this system. Manager/Owner Manager can view restaurants feedback and they can implement customers idea with good feedback. 7. Lack of good resources Lack of social shopping experience Service delivery inconsistencies Too long and boring form No real-time customer complaint resolution 8. To develop a application, it is most important to identify the client requirements in very specific manner. The correct app is that satisfied all users requirements. Therefore it is very important to analyze the existing system and to document the software requirement specification for proposed system, which in turn provides the base for development of the proposed system. Along with our technical training, we simultaneously started the system study and analysis. During this phase, initially, we started with studying the system specification documents to understand the system and unveil the basic system elements involved. Interviewing We interviewed personalities from management and faculties in the college. We interviewed management and faculties without any disturbance and without wasting their valuable time. We asked the management about their expectation and requirement for the proposed system. Below some of information which we have gathered from: What are the aim and mission? What are the difficulties you facing? What is basic report handling strategy? What about your users target? Get me some of your liked system URL or Some of reference which you like most? Will you be appointing anybody as permanent at your place to maintain website? What are the facilities you like to improve in the future? 9. To increase the speed of work report gathering. To streamline college efficiency by automating Processes those are currently done manually. To establish a customer feedback database. To increase Management awareness or reinforce your current Management strategy. To make faculties comfortable to submit work done report immediately. 10. Digital on-table menus for customers to go through offerings and schemes. Data also store when internet is not available. Interactive menu system to give better details. Suggesting contextual offers and customer feedback to increase order per tablet. Real-time collection of accurate data. Changes the way to serve customers. Rapidly integrates into existing environment. Makes the very best customer experience possible. Helps to easily incorporate existing company branding and workflow into a powerful meal ordering platform. Offers the opportunity to enrich and enhance the dining experience for customers. Home Screen This is a Home Screen for my customer engagement platform, where users need to tap the start button to execute the main functionality of this product. 14. Overall Experience Customer gives overall experience how likes / dislikes in restaurant and how he/she feels about restaurant product. 15. Overall Quality of Services Customer can share their thought with us friendly. They give overall quality of services. How about services is poor, average, good. 16. Facebook like Category Click on like button when you click on the facebook like button it will become Liked. 17. Claim Discount Message Customer trying to claim discount but he is not referred by any of his/her friend or he already claimed his/her discount, so he/she get sorry message. 18. Message for the Rating In this screen, when customer tap/press Next button without giving rating that time this message will show. 19. Customer Feedback Here customer feedback displayed in website view and when click on particular customer feedback it will shows you full feedback. 20. Since social networking is a current mainstream trend, this application would become very popular if users can share the information about a specific food item to our friends with ease. Thus, the speed and affectivity Digital Interactive Real-time Menu & Up-selling System will be able to replace the existing system in the future. With rapid and advances in this competitive tech environment it is difficult to predict how business will improve and expand in the coming years. Though we have some advance plans for the future enhancements in the current project. We can implement more options to the application to make the application more flexible for care Community. We can develop dynamic question generator so developer no need to develop for every time for different hospital or restaurant. 22. Digital Interactive Real-time Menu & Up-selling System is specially designed digital menu on a touch-screen tablet. It is the cutting edge technological solution for automating the order execution processes restaurants. The scope of this project is to implement an android application for user to obtain food information easily through the Internet on the Android. The current assumption for the restaurant owner to upload their menu is to send to the administrator. The purpose of Digital Interactive Real-time Menu & Up-selling System is to improve worker efficiency and to maximize profit margin of restaurant owners by providing better service. Providing prompt response to customers will allow this to happen. The system is not designed to replace the existing ordering systems which are at many restaurants but to complement it. Once Digital Interactive Real-time Menu & Up-selling System becomes further refined, it will pose to be an indispensable tool. The application runs smoothly within the internet environment. 23.
