Since we purchased our first injection molding press 35 years ago, we at Custom Plastics have been committed to providing our clients with unmatched quality injection molded parts at affordable prices. We are not always the lowest priced option, but our 99.9% on-time delivery rate and our 99.8% part acceptance rate continue to provide the lowest possible lead times, ultimately leading to a higher possible lead times, ultimately leading to a higher bottom line for our valued customers. Over the years we have continued to add to our capabilities by installing additional molding presses ranging from 55 to 720 tons, which has allowed us to expand our services to a wide variety of markets. Our commitment to producing high-quality parts and delivering those parts ‘on-time evedelivering those parts ‘on-time every time’ has helped us gain the trust of our valued customers and the plastics industry as a whole.

Our mold transfer program makes it simple for you to seamlessly transfer your tools to us. After an initial as-sessment, we will form a partnership to ensure the transfer will go smoothly and if any additional equipment or safety stock is needed. Everything will be put into writing to protect the interest of all companies involved.

Sixty years ago we purchased our very first extruder, which ultimately started the company of Custom Plastics, Inc. Since then we have grown substantially and now have 16 extruders and 24 molding presses. We have the knowledge and experience to produce and deliver quality parts on time, eveparts on time, every time. With our ISO quality program, full-service Engineering department including 3D prototyping and design, and one-stop shop Finishing department, we are proud to be one of the Midwest's premier suppliers for profile extrusion parts and we look forward to learning more about your next project and learning more about your next project and how we can help your business continue to grow.
We have an array of extruders that compliment most product requirements, with single and twin screw capability.
Capable of profiles up to 20" wide, as well water tank and tri-extrusion capa-bilities.
Proficient in PVC and Foam PVC material compounding, with the ability to color match, and modify impact and/or UV characteristics to meet the cus-tomer requirements.
In-house Die Design and Construction allows us to keep costs and lead times low, and ensure what we have designed and built processes efficiently in our own plant.
Downstream Calibration enhances processing and further ensures quality.
Dual Material or Dual Durometer profile experience.
