Trial Shipment

Due to overloaded stacking of pallets. The pallets were stacked with triple layer after production for 2 months

Re-arrangement of bottle orientation on the tray. Change in tray size and bottle per layer. Changes in number of layers per pallet.

Oval Due to high shrinkage in Neck area of the bootles during storage of non ambient temperature those are at the outer layer of the pallet. Dented bottles are result from the design of the bottle that the load of entire above layer are directly on the neck root as no cone shape in the neck base supporting the load distribution. The resin used is sabic is less in stiffness tends to soften once subjected for non ambient temperature

Not a complaint as the thickness was in the prescribed limits
