Job Profile as Accounts Person: (Total computerized environment):

(i) Maintain Cash Book, Bank Books, Journal Book, Day Book and Ledgers. Prepare different types of MIS, Traveling expenses formats, Ad-Share, Royalty Details, Outstanding Details of Centres & Brach Accounts controlling from HO.

(ii) Fee collection Report and defaulter’s list. Prepare Franchise Documents, co-ordination with stock department for material requirement of different centres. Maintain FDRs details and interest on FDRs. Fund management, fund requirement, fund flow, budgets.

(iii) Cheques preparation and payment to suppliers, student’s security, staff security and other related payments.

(iv) Prepare staff salary, ESI, PF and TDS on Salary. Preparation of Annual Returns of PF and Tax related documents

(v) Prepare monthly Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation, receipt & payment statement and other related statements.

(vi) Maintain Inventory related entries & books. Profitability Statement of Stock Items, Closing Stock Details, BoM (Bill of Materials), consumption of raw materials, costing, following proper Sales/Purchase order proceedings.

(vii) Maintain foreign exchange money/remittance transactions. Data management, data analysis, using single data for multiple reporting, presentations of data in described details and formats.

Job Profile as freelancer: (Total computerized environment):

I have my freelancing profile on almost all portals, mostly using freelancer.com and will plan to use other portals to get more clients.

Using multiple methods to get more projects from clients.

I will search/bid on technical services projects through various freelancing website platforms. Clients will initially see my profile and its feedback to get confidence/trust that we are able to complete their requirements. I will discuss/forward project description to Technical person and he/she will quote me minimum price and time to quote.

I will communicate according to above with client and make sure all necessary arrangement to get paid once project completed by us. Mostly I like to use IMs and Emails to communicate with client. This helps me to get written communication for further requirement.

I can use remote excess to give any online presentations, if required I will need help of technical person.

Initially, I will discuss with technical person to understand project minimum cost and time, after that I will quote accordingly to clients and negotiate with them. I will make necessary arrangements to get paid after project completed. Please understand that there is process of resolution of dispute if any arise between us and client, we have to prove that we given work as per client's requirement. After this respective portal team evaluated all provided documents, communication with client and resolve the issue. We have to accept their decision.

Coordination is must with technical team to understand client's complete requirement and make proper commitment to them.

Send development process to client time to time. Experienced in communicating with International customers mostly using IMs and Emails.
