Conducting program of independent inquiry. Providing service to the field, university, College of Education, and academic department and program.

1998–2004 Evaluation Associate, Southwest Educational Development Laboratory, Austin, Texas. Responsible for leading all aspects of program evaluations for the Southwest Consortium for the Improvement of Mathematics & Science Teaching (SCIMAST). In addition to evaluating SCIMAST, also led evaluations that investigated educational leadership and whole-school reform for two reform efforts in Arkansas: Great Expectations of Arkansas and A+ Schools of Arkansas.
