Orders are for New mobile phones lines, PORT-IN, PORT-OUT, Warranty Exchange, Upgrades of phones and contracts Termination of services / Change of Responsibility (COR) from Corporate to Personal account and activation of specific mobile services like SIM activation, IDR, Data plan update.

Follow-up for delivery of equipments and close the order once received the required information.

Contact T-Mobile customer care in the USA to sort out issues. Interaction with Customers directly to get clarifications on orders.

Processing and follow-up of orders and then closing of orders. Working on various applications at the same time e.g. Websource, Oracle, Clarify

Projects Handled :

Worked on special project assigned in order to review and update the type of services on the basis of Vendor name, Legal Entity and category code provided.

Worked on special project assigned in which pricing needs to be updated referring a report which will then inject the orders into GOLD for billing.

Worked on project for GOLD pending orders which needs to be completed / closed.

Worked on special project assigned for Mobile orders and completed successfully. Received appreciations from CRM.

Working with IBM Daksh for one of the major Health Insurance Company in USA and provide customer service.

The main job responsibilities are –

Documents verification and Electronic Claims processing

o Provider used to submit an electronic claim with all the documents related with the member, dependents and provider on different screens.

o We used to review the main claim and the documents provided and on that basis we adjudicate the claim.

o Around 60 to 65 percentage of claims were auto adjudicated by the system. Those which were not were dropped to us.

o If any further information was required, we used route back the claim to site contact for the desired information. On receiving the information we adjudicate the claim as per information.

Imparting training to new recruits and team members regarding changes in products and policies.

o New policies and updates are there in the system at regular interval.

o Updates like changing in calculation of pricing or use of different codes or updates like shortcut methods for some particular type of claims which requires lot of time earlier.

o I used to guide the new recruits in their mentoring.

o Besides my targets I use to help my team members in order to achieve their targets and to solve their queries.

o Generate various reports like daily Quality Report, Daily Production Data Report, Daily Profile Wise Target Report.
