Matt went on to the Fire Academy , and spent two years becoming a paramedic. Currently, Matt works
full-time as a firefighter-paramedic at Mentor-on-the-Lake Fire
Department and is the assistant instructor for CVCC's Adult Education EMT Program. Matt indicated that
the experience he had at CVCC was life changing; leading to better positions, more pay, and quality
