Yes it¶s legal and ethical for managers to monitor but only for following reasons:

make them mindful of utilizing the email facilities privately of officially.d.  Conserve and keep the secrets of the organizations.

  Now a days Information technology is playing very important role in the success of any

Organizations The technology needs to be most successful to provide information at right time inright scenarios, in right frame of work. It is much important how the organization use the

technology. The World Wide Web has revolutionized the information technology. If anyorganization have a successful information technology system that is an edge of the company

over its competitors in the market. To stay in the business the company is required to have mostsuccessful information technology.

Question 3: Can you think of definitions of information systems other than the one presented in

handouts? What are the advantages and disadvantages of these definitions compared with

the one we adopted? 

What are Information Systems? Information system is interrelated components working together to collect, process, store anddisseminate information to support decision making, coordination control, analysis and

visualization in an organization.The information system means an academic / professional regulation bridging the business fieldsand the well-defined computer science fields that are evolving toward a new scientific area of 

study. Thus it is the theoretical foundation of information derived from data, environment, andobservation, processed through computing.´

Advantages of Proposed definition: 

This Definition explains:
