Dear Hiring Manager:

I am seeking a company to grow with, expand my knowledge and retire with but will consider a contract or a contract to hire as well.

I have 16 years of Project Management, Project Coordination, Change Management, Release Management, Product Support, Help Desk Support, Implementation and Training with extensive experience in training, implementing, managing and coordinating large projects including applications, databases and a variety of different software.

I have 16 years of experience provided high-level and low-level description of responsibilities.

In this role, I describe key responsibilities within my resume.

I have 16 years of experience with managing many projects at one time from start to finish within the DMAIC and SDLC phases. I worked as full-time per many employee with EDS during my years with them as well as managing and implementing our software which was the check imaging, item processing and remote deposit capture software. During my onsite implementations, after implementations, I would train about 10-25 employees prior to going live. Once we went live, I would stay to ensure everyone was knowledgeable and able to understand the software. After our Charlotte site closed, EDS offered to relocate me to Jacksonville, NC but due to my family responsibilities, I was unable to relocate so I took a lay off instead.

After EDS, all jobs after that including, my 1 year with Verizon Wireless in the Real Estate department as I managed not only budgets and project plans but I managed the new tower construction sites. I have two years in the healthcare industry as a Contract Specialist/Business Analyst with Premier Inc. I managed all my regions contracts, budgets and SSRS reporting. I have managed not only projects as a Project Manager but managed all stakeholders as a Change Manager within both banks, Wachovia/Wells Fargo and BOA. I worked on multiple projects in multiple groups with both banks which all were all contracts.

I was offered a full-time permanent position with Moya Call Center in which I helped set up the entire office including all networking, computers, routers, printers and support log as it was a new company starting. Unfortunately, the business didn't take off as well as they were expecting, therefore, they were unable to move me up with their initial pay increases as planned. I spoke to my boss about it as he understood that I was going to have to seek other opportunities. After two years, I was hired with another very small software company, Fusion CRS Solutions, which had only been in business for about 8 years. Their software handled all collections in the credit unions and small banks which included all repos, bankruptcies and foreclosures. I created all new support logs and project plans including back dating all issues prior to my employment that had fell through the cracks due to there were only three employees which included the owner of the company. I managed all clients in which by the time I was laid off due to budget reasons and clients that had been on the project plans for implementations had been put on hold by the clients due to their budgets cuts. I held weekly meetings with each of the clients to review the support logs, opening and closing action items. I configured our work screens, fixed any issues with the software and the ones I was unable to fix myself, I would assign to either Mr. Burns who created the software or Mr. Bermudez in which he was an all in one programmer.

I have now accepted a part-time Office Assistant position with Delhaize America – Food Lion until I can either move into their corporate or offered another full-time permanent position with a good stable company that I can retire with.

Sincerely,

Crystal Jordan
