__________________________________JOB DESCRIPTION CREDIT ANALYST Job Purpose: Performs and documents credit underwriting for new and existing commercial loans while adhering to bank guidelines. Physical/Mental Requirements: Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

Working Conditions:

Duties are performed in an office environment in a professional business setting. Position requires

occasional travel to off-site properties. Work pace can be very fast during deadlines and peak periods of the

day, week or month.

Professional Relationships:

Interacts with lending-related personnel throughout the bank. Communicates and coordinates with other

members of the Credit Department.

Eligibility Requirements (Minimum Qualifications):

Achievement of a 4-year college degree (with preference for degrees in finance or accounting); or

equivalent combination of education and experience required. Two years of financial analysis experience in

a commercial banking environment (including analysis of ratios, trends and detailed cash flow) is preferred.

Accounting or financial certification is a plus.
