It is a useful tool for speaking activity.The teacher may ask students to search events in the past 24 hours and chose the one that s/he thinks the most important and justify his or her choice .
Students can also use this tool while preparing their presentations.

Students can use mind maps to make vocabulary networks.
Mind maps can be used to organize , to brainstorm and prepare notes for speeches.
It can be used to take notes from written materials.
Mind Map II How to use it! Students can be arranged in groups and given cluster
of words and asked to organize vocabulary groups , e.g. your central theme is ‘food ’ and sub-themes are ‘meat ’ ‘fruit’ ‘vegetable’ etc.
Another way might be to associate the various nouns , adjectives and verbs with your central theme , e.g. television , programme , film , switch on , watch , interesting ,boring and compare ideas on how they have grouped words.
It can also be used as a tool in the planning stage for a writing activity.

• Screen Hunter is a screen capture tool that allows you to capture the content of your desktop.
Screen Hunter How to use it! Teachers can utilize the “Screen Hunter” as a conversation
tool, i.e. use it as an activity tool. For example individual human faces, scenery or anything of an interest can be chopped in a pieces and arranged in a puzzle fashion to create complex images. By asking question , students are encouraged to converse. For example: Angelina Jolie and Janifer Aniston`s features can be cut and arranged in a mixed mosaic fashion so that teacher or students can ask questions to identify certain features as to whom they belong to and justify their choices. The theme can be expanded to various teaching forms where students may be asked to write a sort assay to exercise recently thought subject of teacher’s choosing.

Wordle I How to use it!
Students can create word cluster to describe themselves , print , switch papers and then determine whose word grouping belongs to whom.
As a reading activity, teacher can create a wordle first and then ask students to close their books and try remember the smaller or bigger words from the wordle.
As a pre-reading activity, teacher can create a wordle and ask students to guess what the text is about.

Students can build a thesis statement from a wordle.
As a post reading activity, students can create new sentences using the words in the wordle.
Teacher can create a wordle from collocations and ask students to identify them.
Students can make vocabulary list for each unit and email them to the teacher. Teacher can show them the most frequently used words.

Students brainstorm thoughts and memories about teacher and print them as poster.
Words and their collocations are used to prepare a wordle and students are asked to look for their collocations in word cluster.
Another idea is that you can create word groups from a number text genres (news article, poem, short story, advertisement, dialogue, ect) and then ask the students to work out which genre each is from and have them justify their choices.
