    Dates and LocationThe rst workshop week will take placefrom 19 to 23 February 2014 in Heidel-berg. The second workshop week will befrom 28 June to 4 July 2014 in KlosterBronnbach.

    It is not necessary to do both workshops,although participants who signed up forthe rst week will be given priority for thesecond.

    Content

    The topics covered will all focus on a skillthat you will need in the new businessworld.

    For February, we are planning a two-daymodule on Successful and AgileCollaboration, where you will learn (andexperience) what it means to work to-gether in teams on complex and dynamictasks.

    In the module Leadership from Withinwe will talk about different personal-

    ity types. You will do a psychometric testcalled MBTI in advance and we will seehow your personality traits translate intostrengths and weaknesses and what thatmeans for your personal development.

    A third topic for February is still to bedetermined, as is the programme for thesummer. To give you an idea heres a list ofthings that were excited about:

    You will acquire crucial skills in addition tothe content of your curriculum. These arenot soft skillsin fact, they are hardskills that are increasingly in demand withemployers.

    Target GroupsSpace is limited to 30 participants fromthe 2013 Bachelor cohort. In its pilotphase the project is primarily geared to-wards students of IBA, BBA and MPE, butothers may join if there is space.

    Special preference will be given to wom-en and students who immigrated to Ger-many or whose parents immigrated. Thisis done in accordance with the fundingcriteria of the European Social Fund.

    It should also be noted that the projectis extracurricular. As such, students of thedual programs are not entitled to leavefrom their employers and have to nd aindividual solution.

    Certifcate

    The pilot project is extra-curricular anddoesnt include any exams. No ECTS cred-it points will be awarded. All participantswho complete both weeks will receive aCerticate outlining their achievementsand list the topics covered.

    In addition, Frankfurt School will makea detailed documentation of the projectavailable (this is also part of the fundingproposal) so that participants will be ableto show exactly what kind of skills theyhave acquired in the process.

    CostThe pilot project is jointly funded in equal

    parts by Frankfurt School of Finance &Management and by the European SocialFund through the Ministry of Higher Edu-cation, Research and the Arts of the Stateof Hesse.

    There is no fee for students. Food, ac-commodation and tuition will be coveredby project funds. Students are responsiblefor travel to and from the locations.
