Reality of School Improvement Plans

Administrators today are face with pressures to improve the teaching and learning in their schools and experience the pressure from all stakeholders. The inspection results from year to year create a reaction towards education rather than a calculated action plan that is carefully considered. By designing and implementing a tailor made school improvement plan, all stakeholders will be aware of the action intended to improve on areas that will encourage and support learning.
