• Entrepreneurs who have experience of being involved in start ups are more successful in starting and managing their second and third organization (Wright, westhead & sohl,1998)
Literature on Entrepreneurial skills
• Entrepreneurship defined as Creation, purchase or inheritance of a business
• Education can be an important source of knowledge, skills, problem solving ability, discipline, motivation and self confidence ( cooper et al, 1994)
• With their knowledge they can scout for new opportunities and acquire additional and new resources, ( becker, 1993)

Literature on Entrepreneurial skills
• Technical knowledge and capabilities (skills) in a particular domain may facilitate identification of business opportunities.( Chandler and Jansen , 1992) .This can be easily codified, written and transferred
• Managerial and entrepreneurial capabilities are based on tacit knowledge and personal experience which is more difficult to acquire externally
