You are logged into Toolkit CMA Program Dashboard

Under Preferences you can modify your profile information and your

photograph. Also under Preferences you can edit the pictures that

display on the covers of the various presentations.

You can Retrieve Created Presentations to view and print or to edit.

Select Get Listings from MLS

Login with your MLS IN PIN User ID

Note - The ENHANCED Download is not

available for Cape MLS

The easiest way to get your data is to SEARCH MLS PIN first and bring in the MLS #’s

Create a standard search criteria

Rooms, bedrooms, baths, etc.

Enter price range

Select towns

Enter any other criteria and

SEARCH

Select the listings you want in your presentation Click on EMAIL, when email window opens you see the listing ID’s displayed,

Right-Click Copy the #’s (you will then paste them into Toolkit CMA saving time of

having to write them down and then type them in).

Go back into Toolkit and

Right-Click Paste the

listing #’s into box –

CLICK GET LISTINGS

Note: You will not be

sending the email it is

just a shortcut to get

the listings #’s

Let the files download

Place check marks

in the listings

NEXT

Put the listings in

the order you are

going to show

them then your

presentation reads

like a book.

NEXT Use the arrows to

move up and down.

SAVE your

presentation.

Name your presentation, if you are updating and existing choose Overwrite.

Complete the DESIRED HOME PROFILE, this

plays an important part of the presentation. NEXT

Select Create Presentation - OK

Once presentation is created it

displays as a PDF on-screen

Save the PDF to your Buyers

File or your Desktop

Links in Blue are live

if you need to make

any changes to the

presentation.
