Cream City Creatives Craft Fair Application 2018

Cream City Creatives Craft Fair is scheduled for Sunday, December 16, 2018, from 10:00am to 3:00pm, at Turner Hall Ballroom, Milwaukee, WI. Cream City Creatives Craft Fair is a juried event. Application deadline will be due Novembr 6, 2018. Application acceptances will be announced the week of November 12, 2018. After November 6, 2018, NO application will be considered. You must be available for the entire timed event: 10:00am to 3:00pm on Sunday, December 16, 2018 with set-up starting at 8:00am and breakdown from 3:00-4:00pm. Vendor Fees: A booth space will cost $100. If you need two spaces, then the booth fee is $175.00. If you need to cancel out of the event, you must let us know by November 13, 2018 for a 50% refund. After November 13, 2018, no fees will be eligible for return Work Samples: This will mark our 5 year anniversary. Our goal is to showcase Wisconsin artists with work appropriate for our venue. We strive to find artists who create quality handmade pieces who live in Milwaukee and the surrounding areas. Please submit at least 3 -5 images of your work. This should include a representation of the art or craft you intend to display at your booth as well as a photograph (if you have one) of a previous booth you have set up. Please submit applications and photographs by email to creamcitycreatives@gmail.com or regular mail no later than October 16, 2018. We regret that websites cannot be considered as a substitution for submitting work samples. Subsequently, you do not need to have a website

Cream City Creatives Craft Fair Application 2018 to apply, however, if you do have a website, please include it in the space provided. Please note: we will not be able to return photographs. Photographs are for application only. Photographs may be used by Cream City Creatives to help promote you and the event on our website and social media. Booth Information: Your booth space will be 5x10 feet and you will receive one table included in the $100 booth cost. If you paid for two booth spaces, you will have a 5x20 space, with 2 tables included. Chairs will be provided and you can note the necessity of 1 or 2 chairs on your contract, as well if table is needed, once you have been accepted to the show. Should you have your own booth set-up, please also note that on your application and include a photograph of your booth set-up as one of your submission photos. Sharing a Booth: You are more than welcome to share a booth with other artists. Please keep in mind that you will be juried based on the samples you provide and those samples must represent all of the art or craft you intend to bring to Cream City Creatives Craft Fair. Please fill out one application only for the combined work of your intended group. Please list all artists sharing the booth. There should be one contact responsible for passing on all of the information to the rest of your group. We cannot be responsible for contacting multiple people except where individual booths are concerned. Acceptance: There will be 50+ booth spaces available for this event, taking place at Turner Hall Ballroom, 1040 Vel R. Phillips Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53203. Notification of acceptances will go out the week of October 22, 2018. We will notify you by email, if you are accepted. Unfortunately, due to the amount of applications received, we will not be able to give feedback on denied applications. Thank you for your understanding ahead of time.
