ABOUT CRDG SUMMER PROGRAMSCRDG Summer Programs at the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa continues our 50 year commitment to summer education, exploration, and adventure through our internationally recognized program for students entering grades 1–12 . In a variety of courses designed for curious young minds, students experience hands-on STEAM activities, from building and programming LEGO robots to designing rollercoasters from recyclables . With field trips to science labs on the university campus and natural sites around the island, student scientists build research techniques . Incorporating reading, art, science and geography, students virtually travel the world to experience different cultures and cuisines . Animation, drama, programming, and journalism courses bring fun and creativity together to cultivate students’ imaginations . Join us in fun-filled learning!

Inquiry-based instruction and hands-on learning in the classroom, laboratory, field, studio, and theatre are the cornerstones of our program .
