and all-round service to you for all your catering orders.

Since 1996 the business has grown and developed to become one ofMelbourne’s finest and most versatile caterers and event managers. Each event

is catered with a level of style and sophistication befitting the event brief and client

expectations.

Our menus offer value for money with impact and appeal, catering to a range

of discerning palates and ever-growing allergy sufferers. A section dedicated to

vegetarian, gluten free and health conscious, offers a range of delicious fare

for those affected. We aim for a sustainable business in the daily operations and

the food we source, always attempting to reduce our effects on the environment.

We understand corporate protocol and follow strict guidelines when catering

in client offices, always respecting the environment and surrounds to ensure

minimal disruption. For event catering, we endeavor to be as unobtrusive as

possible and will ensure your kitchen is left absolutely sparkling clean.

Terms and ConditionsHOURS OF OPERATION AND ORDERING:

Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.15pm

but we cater 7 days a week (surcharges may apply).

We accept orders via phone, fax, and email or via

our website at www.cravecatering.com.au We will

always confirm receipt of your order. Please contact

us if we have not confirmed your order as it may be

lost in cyberspace. We understand that late orders

are a reality and we will do our best to accommodate.

A small $15 processing fee is applicable to orders

placed outside our “order cut-off times” deadlines

(see below). Changes to orders will be accommodated

where possible if placed before the 3pm cut-off however

as with the condition for late orders above, we will endeavor

to provide you with your requests as best we can.

Charges may apply.

DELIVERIES:

Cold orders will be delivered up to 1.5 hours prior to your

requested time. Hot orders will be delivered as close to your

eating time as possible (please inform us of this time).

Delivery times are between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Deliveries outside these times are available but may attract a

surcharge (please ask).

Weekend Deliveries: Crave can arrange catering on

weekends. Weekend minimum spend Saturdays

$480.00 and Sundays $620.00.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS:

All prices quoted include GST.

Min order for free metro delivery is $50.00

Prices are correct at the time of printing and we reserve

the right to alter prices and products as and when required

due to circumstances beyond our control which include

supplier price increases. Staff rates are subject to federal

wage increases. First time orders are COD with subsequent

orders automatically placed on account (terms may vary

between clients). Payment may be made via cash, cheque,

credit card (note: fees apply) or direct debit (preferred option).

Bank details are listed on all invoices and noted on the

terms and conditions page.

Late payments may attract an administration/collection fee

of $20.00 per month overdue

Special condition: Once a quote has had more than 3

variations, we reserve the right to allocate a nominal fee,

depending on the size and complexity of the quote/event. If

the event does not proceed, the charge remains. If the

event does proceed the charge will be deducted against

the deposit paid.

Legal JargonDELIVERY AND MINIMUM ORDERS

>all catering orders within the CBD less than $200 will be

charged a $50 deliver fee

>outside of the CBD area the delivery fee will be negotiated

>a minimum of 6 of each item is required - should a lesser

amount be required a 10% surcharge will apply

CANCELLATION POLICY: Daily Corporate Catering

For smaller “sandwich style” catering, 5 hours notice

is required for no fee. Less than 5 hours the full amount is payable.

Event Catering

Deposits required for functions will be required in a timely manner.

Usual practice for deposits is 30% of the estimated value of the

function. Once a confirmation is signed, 50% of the deposit is

non-refundable if cancelled. Full payment of the estimated

costs of the function is due 5 days prior to the event unless

alternative arrangements are made with management. Any

cancellation within 5 working days of the event will result in

50% of the function cost being non-refundable. Cancellations

within 48 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Reductions in

numbers will not be accepted within 7 working days of the event.

Increases will be accepted within 48 hours of the event In the

absence of a signed confirmation, payment of the deposit will be

considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Breakages of crockery, glassware and equipment or losses of

these items shall be charged to the client at the applicable

replacement costs. The above conditions relate to the loss of

platters used for sandwiches, finger food, fruit & cheese platters

etc.

Prices are correct at time of printing. We reserve the right to alter

prices or products where necessary for circumstances beyond

our control or when needed prior to updated versions being

printed.

Crave Catering takes no responsibility for acts of God or natural

disasters beyond our control resulting in cancellation or disruption

of an event

Our duty of Care: Whilst every effort is always taken to protect

client’s property, we accept no responsibility for damage or loss
