“Thank You, Thank You, THANK YOU for making our event last Thursday so memorable! I received nothing but positive feedback from our conference participants. Everyone enjoyed the music, food, and atmosphere. You all made the coordination process very painless, and I appreciate you working with us—especially on the “last minute” details! You can be sure I’ll be calling when we host our next conference in Nashville.”

The resources in our Library are culturally invaluable, and serve as a vital component of the institution. By day, natural light bathes the cherry wood inside, giving the room a warm feel. By night, the view of the city is even more dramatic.

The adjacent Omni Nashville Hotel will be a short walk south, and the new Music City Center will be located just across Fifth Avenue. When reserved, the street can be closed and turned into a Nashville-style block party, complete with all the sights and sounds of the city’s electric entertainment atmosphere. In case of inclement weather, the entire event can be moved inside the Museum, where guests will continue to enjoy Southern hospitality, distinctive food and drink, live music and experience tours of the latest exhibitions and the Hall of Fame Rotunda.

Historic Hatch Show Print, new restaurants, shopping and more will also be available in the Museum, accessed from the Fifth Avenue side of the building. All of this lies within short walking distance of Bridgestone Arena, and the historic Lower Broadway and Second Avenue districts — the distinctive soul of the city, layered with thriving honky tonks, live music and restaurants.

“The music- perfection! The Trio provided exactly what you had promised as to sound and managed to seem as if they enjoyed their job- smiling and happy while others were eating, socializing, etc. Their personalities were also the right touch for this group- there, in the background, but not intrusive. Even the boss, who did not really want music at all, came over twice and said “ You were right, the music is great! And provides a nice touch!” Thanks again for your help, your attitude, etc., not to mention that I will enjoy working with you and the others in the future in some capacity. I know this is an everyday job for you, but, as you could tell from the beginning—it was a major undertaking for me. And I don’t know if you were around to hear the boss give me all the credit—and I accepted it. ”
