- Urban - a large community with many people and large buildings, a city.

- Suburban - a medium-sized community near a large city, houses are close together, you may see parks andmalls.

- Rural-a community where houses are far apart, there are a smaller number of people, and you may see farms and forests.
10. I am the country mouse. I live in aruralcommunity inNebraska. The population in Hampton,Nebraska is 439. 11. I am the City Mouse. I live in anurbancommunity in Manhattan. Manhattan is in New York City. The population of Manhattan is1,620,867 people. 12.
- All communities have places where people live. Homes are different in different communities.

- Urban communities may have high rise apartments and town houses.
- 13. Suburbs may have houses with lawns but with close neighbors.There may also be apartment buildings.

- 23. Suburban communities may have neighborhood parks with playgrounds and baseball teams.
24. Rural communities may have community parks and fields or county fairs. 25. This is my friend Sarah. Last summer, we went to the Hamilton County Fair in Nebraska. 26. My neighbors are proud to be 4H members. They won a ribbon at the fair. 27. One of my favorite things to do is to take a horse drawn carriage ride through Central Park.
