Camps being organised by Directorate of Sports & Youth Services, Govt. of

Odisha as per the details given below:-

Reporting time along with documents & usables:-

All the participants are required to report at Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar on

22.04.2012 morning (10.00 a.m.) positively before the Liaison Officer, NSS for

briefing, registration and insurance.

All the volunteers should bring their (1) college identify card, (2) Indemnity bond

(3) Medical Fitness Certificates (forms enclosed) with them.

The participants should be directed to come equipped with their own track suit,

sports shoes, two pairs of socks, toiletries, pen/pencil, note book, cap/hat, short

pant, dark sunglass, camera and Cell and sun-skin lotion, jacket, T-Shirt, torch, ID

proof, 4 nos. of passport size photographs, day pack, etc.

TA/DA.

The Directorate of Sports & Youth Services, Govt. of Odisha has booked tickets

for the participants.

Journey D.A @ Rs.100/- per each volunteer for five days (to and fro) and other

Bus fare etc. will be provided by Govt.

The cost of journey of the volunteers from their residence to Bhubaneswar and

back will be borne by themselves
