Logging In
From the Council’s homepage (www.healthcarecouncil.com), click on the Member Login button
in the top navigation bar.
Once you are on the Member Login page, input your username (work e-mail address) and
password. Click the ‘Sign In’ button.
Updating Your Member Info and Changing Password
Once you are logged into the portal, under the Manage Profile section of the site, click on ‘Edit
Bio.’
On this page, you can update your name, job title, work address and phone number. You can
also change your password by clicking on the ‘change’ button next to Password.
Note: Any changes to company affiliations must be made by the Administrative Contact for each
company. If you change companies and don’t know who your Administrative Contact is, please
contact us directly at [email protected].
Registering for an Event
In order to register for a Council or LHC event, click on the event from the Council’s event
calendar on the website. On this page, find the event you’d like to register for and click ‘View
Event,’ which will take you to the registration page for the event.
Once you are on the event page, click on the ‘Register’ button.
You will be prompted to log-in to the Council Access Portal using your individual login
information. Click the ‘Sign In’ button.
Most of your registration information should be pre-populated once you sign-in. Please review
and make sure the information for your registration is correct. In particular, make sure to add
any dietary restrictions you may have. Then click the ‘Next’ button to proceed to the payment
page.
This will then take you to the payment page for the event. Make sure to mark the box next to
the event amount and either click ‘Save & Finalize’ to finalize your registration or ‘Save & Add
Another Attendee’ to add another registration. Note: All Council events are only open to
employees of Council member companies. All LHC events are only open to current LHC members.
Once you click ‘Save & Finalize Registration’ it will take you to the ‘Checkout’ page, where you
can input your payment information and finalize your registration. There is the option to ‘Check
here’ if your recipient information is the same as your billing address (it will pre-populate if you
check the box).
Once your registration is processed, you will land on the event confirmation page. In addition,
you will receive a confirmation email for the event.
Forgot Your Password
If at any time you forget your password, simply click on the link to reset your password from
the ‘Member Login’ page.
You will be prompted to input your username (which is your work e-mail address) and to
complete a simple validation math equation. Then click the ‘Reset Password’ button. An e-mail
will be sent to your work e-mail with instructions on resetting your password.
